Pattana Sports Resort presents the "Amazing kids Triathlon Training" triathlon course for kids to learn triathlon skills. Learn both theory and practice from an experienced triathlon coach
A 2-day courses to develop your triathlon skills for triathlon players from the age of 7-14 years. How to swimming, cycling, running, such as pre-race training, swimming pool techniques, open navigation, choosing the right footwear, choosing the right bike, how to changing sports category, breathing technique, techniques for adjusting the height of the bicycle to suit the body, including the principles of proper nutrition before and after the competition.
