Customer Service Coordinator

  • Thai nationality
  • Male / Female
  • 2 years of experience (preferable in travel operation)
  • Age 23-25 (new graduate is also welcome)
  • Proficiency in English both written and spoken.
  • Flexible schedule.
  • Able to work on weekends when required.
  • Able to work in a multicultural environment.
  • Able to work in a stressful environment and tight schedule.
  • Familiar with hotel and logistic booking arrangement.
  • Problem solving skill.
  • Organizational and planning skills.
  • MS-Office skill.
  • Service minded.
  • Self-confident.
  • Team player.
  • Minimum level of fitness is required.

Following additional is a plus

  • Proficiency in English test.
  • MICE or sport event management background.
  • Always participate sport events.
  • Familiar with radio communication tool (walkie talkie)
  • Able to use mapping software such as Google Earth, Garmin Basecamp, etc.
  • Keen for leaning new skill.
  • Able to drive a car (valid driver license)
