• Able to Facilitate meetings, catching the point during the meeting, and taking minute of meeting.
• Able to work on weekends when required.

• Able to work in a stressful environment and tight schedule.
• Able to drive a car and a motorbike, both auto and manual transmission with valid driver license.
• Able to work outdoor or remote area for multi-days.
• Flexible schedule.
• Familiar with project management tools.
• Understand event or race requirement.
• Problem solving skill.
• Organizational and planning skills.
• MS-Office skill, especially Excel calculation and Power Point presentation.
• Service minded.
• Self-confident.
• Team player.
• Minimum level of fitness is required.

Following additional is a plus

• experience in event management)
• Able to use GPS device.
• Able to use mapping software such as Google Earth, Garmin Basecamp, etc.
• Background in MTB / road cycling, road / trail running, adventure race, triathlon, etc.
• Always participate sport events.
• Familiar with online project management tools.
• Familiar with radio communication tool (walkie talkie), or certified training.
• Experience in rescue and safety management.
• Keen for learning new skill.
